Personalised, custom made or specially ordered products may not be returned
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us to discuss your order for a prompt replacement, refund, or exchange.
When you make a purchase online you have up to 14 days to cancel your contract and return your unwanted goods to us
You will be entitled to a full refund, provided you meet the terms of our Returns & Refunds policy, including standard delivery charges if applicable, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods.
Please note that we are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when you are only cancelling part of that order.
If you are returning a faulty good then we will reimburse you for the standard delivery cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.
You should expect to receive your refund within ten working days of us receiveing the returned item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment.
Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
